Now it has become a Hero corporate where they have labor. Senior treats their team like home servent. Your HOD rates you but you don't get to rate him. Your HR BP never bothers to know how the department is doing. They say that they are going to make it a better workplace for women but women is a trash for them. You reach home by 9 and you leave office by 8. 11 hours in a day , no body has interest to know why people are seating this late. You work work work and get nothing in return. Terrible company to work with ... Will not recommend to anyone. MD is a mad personality . Senior Management is totally confused and always escaping the actual growth oriented work .

1) Management 2) HR Department is a non sense department, always just passing time. 3) They don't know what hirearchy means in an organizations. Every other person is either Senior VP/ AGM and DGM.
