hero motocorp, one of the day most employee friendly OEM, Good environment and policies for lady employees too.

Dislikes

In some cases in some areas have lot of politics which can disturb someone's career growth. Salary overall low for other OEMs.

Working team as well as culture is good. Opportunity to learn is very less and Travel policy are good and comfortable. Vision of company is good and clear but how to attain and ways to achieve is not mentioned or clear.
