Dislikes

There’s a severe lack of communication between departments, leading to repeated mistakes and frustration. The favoritism is off the charts; hard work goes unnoticed while others get rewarded. Dislikes

Contractors are treated like second-class citizens. It’s incredibly demoralizing. The office environment is stifling; creativity and innovation are discouraged. They push unrealistic expectations on you. You end up working evenings, weekends, and holidays just to keep up, and for what?

It's a stressful environment where collaboration is non-existent, and the competition is cutthroat. It’s a shame to see such a talented team wasted on political games. Morale is low, and it shows in our productivity.

Dislikes

Turnover is high, and it’s clear why; many leave within months of joining. ATT's contract issues create unnecessary complications that hinder project progress.
