Leadership lacks basic understanding, leading to poor decision-making. I feel like I’m in a constant state of stress due to poor management decisions. This company has poor leadership that lacks vision and direction. It’s a sinking ship.

High employee turnover is a sign of deep-rooted issues within the company. The workload is unrealistic, and support is non-existent. I don’t recommend it. I felt like a square peg in a round hole with the projects I was assigned. I dread coming to work every day; it’s draining. The environment is suffocating, filled with constant pressure and anxiety.
