This is my first review for the Henry Harvin content writing course. This is the best course for all of them who want to become succesful content writers from the reputed institute.

Senior management is out of touch with the realities faced by employees.
There’s a complete lack of transparency regarding company decisions and policies. The benefits are mediocre at best, and the pay is not worth the hours you put in. Terrible management and constant micromanagement. No appreciation for hard work. There’s a culture of fear here. People are afraid to speak up or share their opinions. High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. Many good employees have left due to poor management....Read More

The office culture is suffocating. Creativity and innovation are stifled.
Disorganized and lazy employees ruin everything. Perfect for people who enjoy chaos. It’s exhausting to work alongside people who lack ambition and drive. I’ve never encountered such poor management. They seem more interested in passing the buck than resolving any issues. This is not a place for growth; the only thing you gain here is stress and disappointment. Definitely not worth your time. I feel like my efforts go unnoticed and unappreciated....Read More

Favoritism runs rampant, making it impossible to succeed based on merit. Attempts to voice concerns are met with anger, making it clear that management does not care about employee feedback.
This place is filled with negativity. It’s hard to stay motivated when everything feels so hopeless. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit; hard work doesn’t pay off here. Save yourself the trouble. The politics here are exhausting, and teamwork is non-existent. Benefits are subpar, leaving many employees feeling unsupported.

After being laid off, the HR team ghosted me. Zero support during a tough time. Unapproachable leaders, no motivation to excel, and constant fear of dismissal.
This company preaches inclusivity but fails to follow through. The reality is a narrow-minded approach to diversity. Unreasonable workloads combined with poor communication lead to burnout. I was expected to work weekends without any notice. It’s so unprofessional. The office culture is suffocating. Instead of promoting a positive environment, they create a sense of fear and anxiety among staff.

It’s frustrating to deal with incompetent managers who refuse to take responsibility. This place is a black hole for career growth. Don’t waste your time here.
The constant need to meet unreasonable deadlines is draining and demoralizing. The work environment is filled with negativity and unnecessary drama. The company culture is toxic, and it takes a toll on everyone’s happiness. This company claims to value diversity, but the reality tells a different story. They keep introducing new software without proper training.

Initiative is punished rather than rewarded, leading to complacency. The recruitment process feels fraudulent; it's just a way to collect fees.
After two months, I still can't tell if my job is real or a joke. The welcome kit was just a bottle—seriously? The way they treat former employees is disgraceful. I've been waiting far too long for my experience letter, and nobody seems to care. Management cares more about profits than employees. We are overworked and undervalued, with no room for growth. Management plays favorites, leaving hard workers feeling ignored and undervalued....Read More

Disheartening experience. Growth opportunities are practically nonexistent. No flexibility in work hours; it’s all about face time.
There’s a culture of blame here, where mistakes are used as weapons against you instead of opportunities to learn. The pressure is unbearable. You’re constantly bombarded with new tasks while trying to meet impossible deadlines. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained; it’s not a pleasant place to be. The lack of team cohesion results in a divided workplace where collaboration is rare.

The onsite opportunities are few and far between, despite the promises made during hiring.
The hiring process was a complete disaster; I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here. There’s a lack of diversity in leadership roles, which affects team dynamics negatively. They’ll assign you to projects that are completely misaligned with your skills and interests. It’s draining and demotivating. Feedback is rarely given, and when it is, it’s often negative and unconstructive. The sense of teamwork is absent. Everyone is just out for themselves....Read More

They keep posting about open roles, but it seems like they’re just filling space. I’ve seen my dream job listed for months with no movement.
Promotions are not based on merit; it's all about who you know. Toxic environment with constant favoritism; hard work goes unnoticed. Lack of transparency when it comes to raises and promotions. Initiatives to improve morale are superficial and do little to address real issues. The project I was part of felt chaotic and unorganized. It made it hard to do my job effectively.

Technical training is almost nonexistent, making it hard to keep up in the industry. Many employees are disillusioned; it’s hard to stay motivated in such an environment.
The management is a disaster. They prioritize politics over productivity, and promotions are a joke. They preach about work-life balance, but it’s just empty words. There’s no support for professional development; the focus is solely on profits. HR is unresponsive and lacks transparency, only echoing the opinions of upper management without any real support for employees.

Good WLB, salary, benefits, and company culture. Manager will listen and let you scream, but will not keep commitments made in one-on-ones. Since they lack decision-making power.
has changed in six years. Under PIP, people are being removed. An employee on PIP is considered worthless. The worst projects like TD, Pfizer, Roche, and KP have managers that act like they began the firm and don't advance salaries or promotions. Much to write but.... I can't speak for the entire , but the project I'm in isn't great. I love the work, but managersI would have really appreciated them if everything was goodyell at us, keep restrictions on where to sit in the office, whom to talk to, whom not to talk to, make rules they don't follow, micro manage, and sometimes come to office to druuuunk. They never cared about how we felt. This review is not intended to hurt anyone, but if it fits you, wear it Cinderella. You'll be overworked and not exposed to your skills, with low salary increases....Read More

For laterals, growth is slow because they have to prove themselves to get promoted. Compared to existing this company employees, your designation level will be one level down, but you may be ahead in salary. Beginning one year, laterals receive a single-digit salary increase. No job security. No work culture. No compensation benefits. No satisfaction at work place
1) how much talent is leaving? 2) why so many resources are left under supervisor and address supervisor concerns Candidates, please reconsider and read evaluations before applying. The management, especially the HR head, manager, and trainer, are terrible for not understanding and discussing. Even my project stinks.

Managers are supportive only. And rest are horrible.
A Disappointing Experience – Unethical Management & False Promises My experience with Henry Harvin has been extremely disappointing. The management is solely focused on revenue, with little to no concern for the quality of services provided to candidates. Despite charging ₹2L-₹3L for job guarantee programs, they fail to deliver on their promises, leaving students and professionals frustrated. The work culture is equally toxic. Abhishek Ratnawat (AVP) controls everything—from sales targets to leaves, LOP, and interviews—yet provides zero support to employees. There is no proper HR structure, and employees are treated with disrespect. Higher salaries are offered to new hires while experienced employees suffer with low pay and no proper increments. The company manipulates policies to serve its convenience, often changing them without notice. There is no transparency, no official documentation for designations, and no regard for employee well-being. Senior leaders like Kounal Gupta and Avinash Gupta also fail to maintain professionalism and respect towards employees. If you are considering joining Henry Harvin as an employee or enrolling as a student, I strongly advise you to think twice. The promises made are not fulfilled, and both employees and candidates end up feeling deceived....Read More

Management is disorganized and rarely communicates with staff. There’s no clear direction or vision for the company. It feels aimless and chaotic.
I felt like my skills and experiences were undervalued during the recruitment process. I thought I was joining a professional environment, but I was wrong. The bullying from managers is relentless, and there’s no support. The processes here are outdated and hinder productivity significantly. I’ve never felt so undervalued in my career. No one feels safe speaking up. The fear of retaliation is very real in this workplace. I was placed on a project with no guidance and felt completely lost. This is not a place for career growth.
The training process is insufficient, leaving new hires feeling lost and unsupported. The constant changes in management lead to confusion and a lack of direction. There’s a pervasive sense of fear among employees. No one wants to speak up about problems. The job satisfaction here is at an all-time low; many are looking to leave. No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.
It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke. I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

Feedback is rarely given, and when it is, it’s often vague and unhelpful. The atmosphere is filled with dread, knowing that anyone could be let go at any time.
My experience here has been nothing but frustrating. The leadership is more interested in office politics than team success. Morale is low due to ineffective management. The emphasis on pleasing supervisors over actual productivity is disheartening. You’ll find your true potential stifled. Management prioritizes profits over people. Employee morale is at an all-time low.

Promotions are handed out based on personal relationships, not merit. Management's lack of vision makes it hard to understand the company’s goals and direction.
I was promised a competitive salary, but my pay is way below industry standards. There’s a lack of growth opportunities here, and the work feels stagnant. If you want a job that respects your time and effort, look elsewhere. This place doesn’t care. The training videos are overwhelming and poorly structured. I feel trapped in this job with no way out. I felt like I was in a never-ending cycle of pointless meetings that led to no real change. Management is out of touch and dismissive of employee concerns. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.
The lack of staffing leads to burnout, yet management does nothing to address it. The job description was misleading. The actual role is much more demanding and stressful than advertised. There’s a clear divide among teams, and it’s damaging our ability to work together. The management team is dismissive of employee concerns. It’s like talking to a brick wall when you try to voice an issue. The low pay and lack of growth make it hard to stay motivated. Trigent is not worth it....Read More
