After being laid off, the HR team ghosted me. Zero support during a tough time. Unapproachable leaders, no motivation to excel, and constant fear of dismissal.

Dislikes

This company preaches inclusivity but fails to follow through. The reality is a narrow-minded approach to diversity. Unreasonable workloads combined with poor communication lead to burnout. The company has favorites, and if you're not part of that inner circle, you’re left behind. Training and promotions are reserved for a select few. Clients expect miracles with impossible deadlines, and management does nothing to push back.

Dislikes

The management style is outdated, with little regard for employee welfare. Communication is poor across all levels, leading to confusion and frustration. I was promised a competitive salary but received an offer much lower than my expectations. Why even interview me? It's a struggle to get basic support or answers to questions.
