No growth opportunities, despite promises made during the interview. Constantly overworked with no regard for personal life. Management just doesn’t care. I dread going to work every day due to the chaotic environment and lack of organization. The atmosphere is hostile; anyone who questions management’s decisions is met with hostility. Workplace culture is heavily influenced by favoritism.

The job security here is practically nonexistent. It's very unsettling. The favoritism is off the charts! If you're not liked, expect to be ignored and overworked.

I should have listened to my instincts. The lack of communication and support made my time here unbearable. This workplace is toxic. Health problems are dismissed, and there’s no accountability for the management's actions. Managers are more focused on their own agendas than supporting their teams. The level of stress in this workplace is simply unsustainable.

Terrible communication throughout the hiring process. Very disappointing. I've lost count of the times my ideas were stolen by coworkers seeking to undermine me. Don’t expect any loyalty from the company. You’re just a number to them.
