There’s no stability; layoffs happen without warning or explanation.

The only time your efforts matter is when you’re in the good graces of management. Otherwise, prepare for long hours of pointless tasks.
Working at Trigent is a nightmare. The support is non-existent, and the pay is miserable. Avoid this place at all costs.
Communication is poor; you’re often left in the dark about important decisions.

I came in excited but quickly realized that this place is more about politics than productivity.
