I regret joining this company. The lack of direction and support makes it unbearable. The company claims to promote work-life balance, but it’s just lip service.
They make promises about growth and development, but it’s all talk. There’s no follow-through. The performance reviews are biased and unfair. It feels like a popularity contest rather than an assessment. The economy is struggling and feels unstable. You're expected to be available 24/7, which leads to burnout.
