My manager made a fool of himself at a client event. They hire contractors but offer zero benefits or job security. The culture here stifles creativity. Any new ideas are quickly shut down by insecure managers.

Everything is worst, They changed me 65000 Rs for leaving the office, I left because of family issues, they issued legal notice against me and I was forced to pay the money, Kunal the so cold ceo is one of the worst person, never sign the employment contract with them, they have clause like this that you won't be able to leave the office if any emergency happens.
