We spend so much time on bureaucracy that there’s little left for innovation or creativity.
I regret ever joining. It’s like being part of a factory that churns out frustration. It's hard to feel motivated when hard work is overlooked consistently. Working here was a disaster. My manager made a fool of himself at a client event. They hire contractors but offer zero benefits or job security. The culture here stifles creativity.
