Since a startup - Lot of new things to learn

CEO - Rajan Srivastava is very ill manerred & not professional at all. HR Culture is Non-Existent, no authority. Not a safe place for female employees at all. Salary Are Never on Time. More then 2 months delay in salaries, very unprofessional expectation from employees. Work Hours are fictional. Expect employees on constant back &call even long after office hours. Weekends also are not available, constant meeintgs are scheduled. Very Bad Company for anyone's career....Read More
