The company is innovation driven,very open to innovation and also adopts latest technology.I have been privileged to be part of a team that market high quality and reliable products in Nigerian market.Company culture is very good and allows all people from all race to work together as a team.There are opportunities to work in any location across the globe where heineken group has presence.I was involved in several projects relevant for strategic market and developing special channels for increased market share.I travelled often locally and worked with several marketing,sales and technical team of diverse cultural background and meeting with clients.Work life balance is possible but depends on how the individual manages his schedule especially as a commercial employee.We had regular training and remuneration is amoung the best in the industry across the globe....Read More

Dislikes

There is high competition within employees across the departments.Job security is average as company is very dynamic in keeping with latest technology.You get easily rewarded for achieving results and also do not get career growth for challenging situation that reduces performance.For sales and marketing employees,work life balance is hardly a priority as the work pressure is very high.

Work Details

Challenging but very interesting.As a coordinating manager I work within the sales and marketing department but also interface with all other departments to execute special projects relevant to market development,new innovation on product development.
