Being a PSU, no doubt about job security & career growth. Regarding work life balance it's good. Great place to learn. Salary is still a concern as company is not in a profit making list and hence tooo delay to apply any wage revision.

Still far behind to compete with any MNC. Too much paper and file work even now in the age of digitization.

The job is quite interesting I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session .I learnt many things on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same.
