There's actually nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

- Rude managers. - Office boy will switch off AC's even in summer at 5 PM sharp. - No over time pay, & most probably you will will have to work overtime. - They will not give you the variable pay after you complete their employment bond, if you don't accept their appraisal they will not give you the variable pay for the past year as well. - don't join this company. You will regret it.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
