There is only one guy is perfect in this concern ,whose working as a Quality head. Field team people are very good and help us. But inside sale team head and managers are very worst. Management is very worst. Don't go to this concern.

Management is very Worst. HR is very good in their work and they will solve issues very soon. Managers are very worst,and they have partiality. Hindi speaking people are more , domination is very very High. Sales Head doesn't even know about the Software and it's benefits. He is just there for the name sake and manage the team.
