In starting we can work before no one is worked in that place means. Nothing too

When we are working in some city but before anyone done work in that city more than 6months then there is no work for us and work press2is high and after months company will start a game with us like our targets they will change rules for every month and so much work need to do and we need to travel for our target to 200, 300 kms too but last there is no respect, and giving incentives also they play a game Dr need to write medicines and Dr don't want to use in two systems in any where and for every patient they need a time gap and you know one thing they will tell Dr can write r in 30sec but while giving incentives they will tell Dr need time gap for patient to patient to Rx. And also if the Dr is stop using after 3 months that will be a headache and there will be special team to monitor a Dr after 3months but they will not responsible if the Dr will stop and daily we need to do these 1.organic visits 2.follow up exist drs 3. We need to monitor Dr for writing g Rx's 4. Need to give demo 5 need to give training for complete clinic or hospital staff 6. And last month Drs follow up 7.if the Dr got problem we need to go Is there more to tell do not join in this company they will play with us 8. And this month target onboards and some Rx's and next month target we need to start current month without any rest....Read More
