House keeping lady staffs are good

Dislikes

Centre is runned by a lady centre manager who is in no way working for benefits of centre and only focused on snatching money from patient . They differentiate between govt and private hospital and Indian and foreign nation patient and even having no respect for the employee . As a doctor I am demoralised by them in every walk . Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
