A very good company to work for. the most interesting thing is that the management is very supportive, which helps team work well together. The work environment is positive and the offer good hike if you're in talent acquisition. It's a great place where you can start your carrier and grow in positive way.

The only thing i dislike about the company is that they will not allow you go out during office hours. you're in for 9 hours

Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

Dislikes

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.
