A very good company to work for. the most interesting thing is that the management is very supportive, which helps team work well together. The work environment is positive and the offer good hike if you're in talent acquisition. It's a great place where you can start your carrier and grow in positive way.

The only thing i dislike about the company is that they will not allow you go out during office hours. you're in for 9 hours

The list is quite long. Top Management is pathetic. They cut salaries for being late. Not considerate at all. You will never receive salary on time. There’s no bonus. Washrooms are dirty and food is unhygienic. It’s like a jail you can’t step out of the office. Only join this org if you are in a dire need of a job. If you think youcan get a job someplace as well then skip joining this org. Nothing, the interior is only made with keeping one thing in mind to attract and add false picture to the candidates mind and to cover what all goes inside the organization. An Abhorrent work atmosphere. If you are planning on joining this particular organization as Corporate HR, please do yourself a favor and don't , don't I repeat just don't join this organisation. t's just a trap and nothing more. The manager AAKRITI, is thr most pitiful of all, she acts as if she knows everything but the fact is,she only remebers 5-10 lines that you can expect from her during meetings and for the rest of the day. She also coontributes nothing at all, believing herself to be better than every other employee in the company. Noting at all they just flaunt their infrastructure which is not at all that good. They compare their work culture and company with Google and Amazon and the truth is they are no where near to these good brands

* Work pressure in just one week of joining. *Hiring for Corporate HR profile and then giving work as a caller. ( Highly unprofessional) *Giving threat to people that they will be terminated from the position if they didn't give any profitable business to the company within 15 days of joining. Overall one of the worst experience.

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.

I like the way they celebrate any function or any party. This is my first company and it showed me the reality of corporate world. It taught me how corporate reality exist and work efficiently for the progress of the world.

Dislikes

I literally hate their management and their partiality. For some employees, they won't allow or approve any leave in the whole month even if they have balanced leaves and for some employees, they give half of the month leave without any salary deduction. I am not telling this without any proof. I have seen this infront of me. One guy who was working from past two years, they gave him just 5% appraise and on the other hand, their favourite employee who recently joined the company like 7 months ago, they gave him 30% appraisal. HR managers are totally useless. They don't even care about their employees. All they do is just chit-chat, and managing any fun-friday.
