90% it deals in TPP. Incentives structure are very bad. Market learnings are infinite, RM’s should knowledgeable not only sales oriented, customer satisfaction is also important. In this broking organisation who does insurance those are only key employees for this organisation.

TL are biased manager does not support you they only blame others without giving facilities they does not give any type of support and also want you to work on the official holidays and on Sunday to without giving any overtime and does not give incentive on time terrible work place to work

1. Promotions are regimented. You become eligible to be promoted every 3 years. This makes the wrong kind of crowd mop around for years without making any positive impact to the organization or to younger juniors. 2. People hardly get fired. The redundant ones are moved around from department to department and eventually get promoted after every 3 year stint to rise to higher positions.

- High job security at LOW salary and appraisals - Office politics and toxic work culture HDFC securities offers the worst of both worlds i.e low salary of a private job + bad office culture of a government job

No setting in office only fild worked.. For TPP. No buddy asking you regarding brokerages and traded client. Which Main responsibility any RM.
