HDFC securities is the worst company I have ever worked with. The hire management won't respect the employee, ex:- manager uses abusive words to TL on floor in front of whole team and make employees to work for 12 to 13 hours. No respect nothing if employee do sales then only they get appreciation or respect else nothing and they won't allow to take break times to employee the condition for the same is do sales then go for break else sit with starvation. For such work environment hire management should take strict action against managers. I was on notice period I used to get threatens to get terminated if I don't sale any product. My Experience with HDFC securities for 4 month was extremely bad . I won't give one star also....Read More
