There is no training of any product. Infact pressure is very high. They call for job even in holidays. Appraisal criteria is very tough.

Dislikes

Calling on non working days. Pressure to sell worthless product.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
