Stable job, one can work with co for long term. Good HR policies. Female friendly and safe organisation.

1. Pay structure is poor. The CTC includes the annual bonus. That means for earning your own CTC, one has to earn rating. 2. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
