There is no liking about the work culture and it's senior level managers

In my entire lifetime I have seen such a bad breeding politics in a company like this..this is not a fault of the people who is constantly oiling thier L1 managers but it's their managers who dirt the environment by joining new in a company and breeding politics like they learn from their immediate supervisors...I have not met such person ever since in my entire span of careers..coming new in a senior level doesn't gives the audacity to harass the employees , but they will never understand...I feel pity for these kinds of managers who only knows politics instead of working and supporting their managers...I won't take thier names , rather they should understand about whom I am talking......Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
