Job security is good. If you don't do any fraud, then no one can take away your job.
Dislikes
No scope of growth. Work culture is not good. Do not pay for transportation on field. They expect to pay for everything from your own pocket, even if you have to give gifts to the sales people from your own salary. Managers are very bad cultured and will tell you foul things if you're not able to source policies.

This is so ridiculousbecause I am part of HDFC Life and they asked me to go to that bank. That was disappointing....Read More
