I am dis satisfied because of the CTC provided to me which is low from my past company CTC even the band limit is there for designation.I want to suggest that CTC has to be decided by HR department.Salaes authority employee or Partner should not interfere the CTC of the employee.Organisation should provide the CTC based on employee stuff and company band limit.HR department has to fix the norms to provide the CTC to the employee.Employee CTC should not modify based on the partner need....Read More

There's good job security and work culture in some teams is better than others.

Dislikes

If you're not a management trainee expect very below average increments and promotions. They have started forcing employees to be in office all days of the week and WFH is stopped completely now which is a step in the opposite direction. Mostly the organisation is very fearful of change and wants to run everything the old fashioned way.
