Salary structure is very poor. Travelling allowance is not provided for sales officer and senior sales officer. Appraisal is not there for sales officer and senior sales officer (for CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT department).

Hasab has Priyaprave and hasab's customer service is very good so I would be happy to work in hasab.

In HDB Bank the insurance policy should be Sudan and the punching policy should be chef and all the facilities are available in the bank, every employee in HDB should get them.

Job secured for a standard term with lesser business. Overall maximum loans disbursement after login with minimum documentation and -cibil also.

No Work life balance, poor salary, bad behaviors from managers each and every time,groupism.No thankful behavior for hardwork.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
