They doesn't encourage us for our achievements instead they always demotivate us alot...the job role is kind of mental torture

The working environment is friendly and the way all employees carry here is excellent. The passion to complete the targets the contests on time. The company policies is also quite good. The management is superb. Talking about the work load and the worm pressure is bit difficult to handle but the strong point is learnt alot to handle the defeats and never say no or give up quality.

Dislike is the criterias of earning incentives .

The job is fantastic. At initials couldn't believe in myself i would be able to survive here but then this employer gave me the will and determination to work in such an interesting environment. This field gave me confidence to communicate

It's just you will get salary but if you will work hard there are no leaves job threatening they give you and you work more than 10 hours still they say you do nothing no career growth.

Targets are high but they give you 3x of it which is not necessary no leaves no promotion no grade promotion no incentive incentive is just on paper not in your account and you can't speak loud about manager otherwise you will be terminated i have resigned they have still not given my earned money.
