No work life balance They will treat you like slave During interview they will tell that you'll have comp off, but you have to work 24*7 On Government holidays they'll ask you to work from home and get update 1 hr once. Office timing more than 10 hours Fully partiality and politics Managers will use unwanted words to female employees also. No promotion. No appreciation..

My BCM AND ACM ARE EXCELLENT. I HAVE LEARNT ALL CREDIT WORKS FROM THEM AND DIWALI HOLIDAYS FOR FOUR DAYS.

Unnecessary sales pressure on credit.when I had joined at that time I had to report BM.Means that credit person needs to report sales team.As per company rules 1st & 2nd Saturday and all sunday are week off but only got 1 & 2 sunday.We got only 2 holidays in a month. If u will work in HDB then there will be no personal Daily working for 11-12 hours.Specially on Festivals they will always late you.
