Overall it's a good experience, you will have some pressure only at the month end time otherwise it's pressure free, you will recieve your salary and incentive at a time.overall it's a good culture and good experience.

If you are looking for carrier,this is not a right place for you,you will be a telecalling executive always.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
