Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

sometimes We are unable help with the customers issues, there's no proper customer service. people are really suffering due to this inconvenience, at that time we are unable to help them.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, but at the beginning it's a little bit difficult but later it'll be ok. Due to this covid -19, we fell little bit work pressure ,otherwise feel better.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
