Only positive being the logo is which resembles to HDFC bank!

Dislikes

A never ending list of dislikes: 1. A top heavy organisation wherein the lower and mid level of employee’s issue or suggestion is always unheard or unaddressed. 2. Company vouches for transparency, wherein , it is the most ambiguous organisations I have worked with. 3. Few departments/ people are extremely powerful in the organisation and their job is only to do muscle flexing on the others! Escalation are useless. 4. Bias and nepotism is the name of the game when it comes to give/ not to give chances of job enrichment/promotion. The process is very sedentary and gothic. 5. No HR processes and it changes from employee to employee as per favouritism of the HOD towards him/her! 6. Superiors treat the subordinates as servants! Have seen people often using the later as their personal orderly! 7. In case any employee goes against the management for a righteous reason, they would scare him /her to take disciplinary action and when there is no ground to do so, they would manufacture one and would throw the employee out of the system! 8. Behaviour of maximum employees are worse then ever. I could go on and on…....Read More
