Misbehaving with them that you are nothing, Even asking to work if you are sick, They don't have feelings for employees. target is must how you are going to complete that's your choice but made it at any cost. Very poor Because without intimation they get resignation letter and without any update they told me today is your last day..

Thy get a resignation letter forcely and without giving any update they removed from organisation. I am wasted my 1 month because of this . I am spent my 23 months in this organisation and they do this type of behavior .

One thing I learned from working in HDBFS Ltd. Whatever work I did in the banking sector, it was in sales, how to sell the soil. No one can be a better sales man than a banker.

But work cannot be done on just one product, work has to be done on all the products like insurance, collection, REPL, and CD loan.I so want to leave.
