During my tenure, I experienced Team Leads targeting employees for not providing leaves, and even scolding them for taking extra leave. Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here.
