I am not at all satisfied with the way my manager treated me. I was pretty good with my performance by the MIS but i was not getting paid well. So i opted for a company change. And i was not aware of some hidden rules which was not applicable to other candidates. So my manager purposefully interfered in my new joining and i could not join the job and i am sitting at home.
