Nothing to like. Business teams are leading here. Business teams behaves like dog to BCM. Only on time salary is good thing

No value for credit in specially West Bengal lending department.No support for credit department. Business team from zonal level forceful to Branch credit level. Even working on credit department you will feel like you are working on sales. Even credit manager gets pressure more than any sales manager. Credit Manager leaves office every day at 10pm and at month end 3am at night.Even works on Saturday and Sunday...Read More
