One thing I learned from working in HDBFS Ltd. Whatever work I did in the banking sector, it was in sales, how to sell the soil. No one can be a better sales man than a banker.

Dislikes

But work cannot be done on just one product, work has to be done on all the products like insurance, collection, REPL, and CD loan.I so want to leave.

Company culture is better compared to other NBFC. HR team is small but still they have a strong HR policy. Work life balance can be maintained here. Company provides enough time to the under performers to start performing. You can say Job security is there

Poor technology implementation. Still dependent on age old system & process. Salary & benefits provided are lower as compared to the industry. Invests conservatively on learning & development of the work force. Rewards & recognition or other corporate events happen rarely

WORKING HOURS IS MORE THAN 10HOURS IN A DAY. SUNDAYS ARE NOT HOLIDAY NOT EVEN OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS. WE ARE FROM SALES DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE PRESSURIZED TO VISIT COUSTOMER HOME FOR COLLECTION
