If you are in bench for 90 days you have to resign.They will ask for an undertaking that you are resigning due to personal reasons. They don't have projects to accommodate the bench strength

Once u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years
