Nothing to like in HCL Infosystems.

Dislikes

HCL Infosystems is the worst employer. They spoil people’s carrier and old employees harrass new employees. They believe in hire and fire. HR is worthless and can’t take stand even HR is puppet of senior management. New people are being hired for new projects and they have to work under unexperienced old employees. Variable and appraisal are given only to old and favourite employees only, new one will not get anything. If someone want to spoil his her carrier the join HCL otherwise don’t think....Read More
