HCL is basically a a**hole company with cunning HRs and Managers. Their main intention is how to make employees then they will force u sign a bond which will be of two years. Once u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years
