HCL is a good plateform to learn in this team very good and helpful training center is also good and selery is expensive.. aprisel based on performce but nice very good environment of the HCL

Because they give lot of work and not give good salary and when i was worked than my working timing was 16-18 hours and they gave only 5000 rupees per month.My working period 2.5 year and not got any salary increment and than finally decided drop tha job. Thanks

Best ever company in my career really helpful managers and great HR team it's been a wonderful time in HCL

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is high sometime I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day to attend my goals
