There are few employees who thinks they own the company, they want to do internal politics and they try to poke their nose in every work, the reason is they can't justify their salary. My experience is as good as my manager is....it's been so long working here not much but more than 4 months but still it is a comfort to work not with company but it's people such as our store manager Ramesh our operational manager Rakesh and some buddies....

As much I have seen this company take much time to repair their appliances such as refrigerator and air conditioner even though its an icecream parlor.... My manager says that no new employee can have a good future in this company.... Theirs Yusuf Shaikh somebody he's zonal manager or something I guess very rude and talks in a much bad way that employs leave company because of his behavior....
