It was the right decision to join Havmor. The organization is employee friendly and the perks provided are very good. We get Saturday and Sunday off, Flexible timings and overall compensation and salary is much better than other companies.

Feedback is not given frequently, which can make it difficult to gauge performance improvements or areas needing attention. Additionally, performance expectations tend to increase around the time of salary reviews, which can add pressure without adequate preparatory feedback.
