I found lots of chances to explore different areas here and learn beyond my job role. The best thing is that everyone gets to work on things they are interested in. I also never saw any kind of office politics here.

Too much professionalism. It becomes an obstacle to creating casual bonding.

Wonderful workplace. Everything runs smoothly and without stress. Team members share work responsibilities equally and are rewarded fairly based on performance. Also, the management and HR team are very active and often arrange enjoyable activities and celebrations in the office.

I have been part of Havmor for 4+ years and my journey has been truly fulfilling. There is an open -door policy which I like and exposure is impressive. There are few employees who thinks they own the company, they want to do internal politics and they try to poke their nose in every work, the reason is they can't justify their salary. They are least concern about the resources of the company and wants to utilize those resources for their own sake. Thinking of Updating or learning new skill which will not happen and team size is lesser compared to which the work won’t divide so you have to do most of the basic things in which you will do an half cooked job
