Zero flexibility (No Work from home), 6 day working, few employee well being initiatives, no respect of personal life boundaries (you will be bugged on a holiday on a leave day and in between emergencies).

Company is loosing is market for its own senior management, The people seating in Guwahati they are making worse for company,they are making direct party,rural,urban,store in same area & rates are different so Havells is competing with there own brand , the others company are growing in this scenario. Such dum senior management controlling northeast.

Hardly anything Good in Havells. Very BAD WORKING Culture.

Very BAD Working Culture. Full of Harassment & Constant torture of Team members at all levels by Seniors. My Family (Wife & Kids) almost in depression seeing me depressed. I almost decided to quit without having Job even being single earning. Fortunately got timely job offer & Get rid of Havells.

I was never seen such a worst work culture in my 2 decades of career. I am surprised to see this company got certified as Great Place to Work. Either their selection criteria is wrong or they paid off well to get certified. Too bad

The company is undoubtedly good, but the dislikes are that the owners have never paid attention to how much recruitment is happening and how many people are resigning. Why are newcomers being evicted from Havells after 2-3 years? Because there is no system in place, and even if a system is created, the old employees have their own way of managing things.

Staff behaviour is very nice supportive. Open for responsibility . If you have willing to do work open platform for performing and making self decision. No one asking for wrong work details senior ready for help . lunch facility is good

Top management getting poor after 2022 . HOD having favourable side for some specific employees . No new inovation for employee satisfaction .

I like the fact that you can learn from every department and approach higher level seniors in case you want to enhance your knowledge. There is no restrictions like if you are working in quality department then you are bound to know about that only ,there is nothing like that

Dislikes

Sometimes you are overburden with the irrelevant responsibilities irrespective of your working criteria also there is very less hike and WFO is mandatory even if you can wfh but they don't allow . Only 12 leaves other than festival leave No medical leave except 7 sick leave out of that 12 leaves that I have mentioned in above point .
