The company make reliable ,high good quality product,ready to adopt technology. Havells hires energetic,Dynamic young knowledgeable candidate through job consultant otherwise from reference.

No job security due to heavy internal politics Group politics ,learning opportunity was very less.ball game was very popular game there,straight forward hard working people should not join havells.atleast through job consultants. this is upon my own experience may differ people to people.

Work Details

My work is challenging, as PPC head for multi location business. I came from different background and culture .so hard work, quick learning and fast delivery was first requirements. that is way I started PPC as department in very short period of time.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
