I have handled sales for first 4 years and shifted to marketing at later half with focus to gain market share with New Product introduction and structured market communication in both B2B and B2C sphere

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
