Director Anil is a woman-iser who haras$ed female employees for explicit favours. A female employee recently left the org for this same reason and join a pharma giant. HR and his superior has an active part in this setup. Either you get overburden with work or you play for months. There is no inbetween. Salaries could be as per market standards but highly underpaid. Politics and bootli cking at its finest. Managers are clueless and technically weak.
