The company is good for someone who is starting off their career as it gives a good learning atmosphere for a fresher. But do keep in mind the founder itch to compensate for the amount of work you do. Promises are never met so be aware of salary negotiation on accepting the joining letter.

Dislikes

The leadership lacked the vision and co-founders themselves needed help with guidance. If you are truly looking for work life balance and work satisfaction, this is surely not the space for you.

Work was interesting as the sales team was only two people. So pretty much did everything from marketing to employer branding. The fact was since it was a learning curve you enjoy it, though your boss won't appreciate your efforts ever or try to help.

One of the worst organisation which I ever worked. Here the management get work for filling Thier own pocket. No support for employees and their development growth.

There is nothing to say positive about this organisation. Everything is just hopeless. There is no facilities for employees and their families.
