Without spending any time evaluating this company, would just say stay away from this toxic organisation...un-conducive work conditions, family owned company culture, hire and fire, you'll have to grow a 'Yes Man' mentality, appraisals are hard to come, salary raises are not rights they are privileges, rating out to management is encouraged , close door policy
